If you are a veteran trying to use TRICARE SELECT, don't waste your time here. Their billing office can't figure out how to process claims as a network provider, but they won't let you talk to the billing office either. Messaging the Billing office via their "secure messaging" is pointless, because they just ignore your messages. As a result, most of the "in-network" providers here that are listed on the TRIWEST website don't actually accept the insurance because the claims end up just sitting unprocessed. The one physician I could find here that would accept my insurance refused to even look at any of my daughters medical records for a document my daughter needed filled out for TRICARE because he thought a psychiatrist should do it, while their psychiatrists were telling me the primary care physicians should do it.

Lazy employees, they are paid for doing nothing absolutely nothing, been trying to get referred to get diagnosis of autism, or getting placed in a facility as I am struggling with homelessness, Doctor and assistant has not ever came back to me with anything at all, worst service 😑 should get sued.
